Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) is a revolutionary holistic mind-body technique developed by Dr Scott Walker DC and is used worldwide. Essentially NET is a stress reduction technique & a tool that can help improve unwanted behavioural and physical conditions in people.

Usually there are some ways in which you have learnt to survive in the world that have created some patterns of behaviour and reactivity that no longer serve you today. This can create issues around weight, relationships, money, or cause fear, grief, emotional instability, low self esteem, general stress & more.

Our primary goal in NET is to help you reconcile those old patterns so that the ways you would like to survive and thrive in the world now are more possible. A key aspect in NET is to create congruency between our emotional brain (limbic) and our logical  brain (cortex) - creating a sense of being Ok with what is and what we want to do.

Many of us can sabotage our wants or behaviours leading us down a path of frustration and disappointment. Freud was the first to identify this process - which he called 'Repetition Compulsion.' A sabotage is an unwanted unconscious belief that significantly impacts your behaviours and results in life. Sabotages are barriers preventing you from reaching your goals and living the life you want.

NET can help to identify and release unwanted subconscious beliefs that are stopping you from achieving your goals and getting the results you want.

The NET method is firmly based in science and uses modern psychological & physiological principles, biofeedback testing and some oriental medical principles. Click here to find out more in depth information about the NET process, and Click here to hear from some NET patients from around the world.
